We're a flexible business. Not based in London? Fine by us. Prefer to start early and finish early? All cool. Want to try a different path? We're known for creating roles that didn't previously exist.
We hold half-yearly and yearly reviews, as well as bi-weekly 1-2-1s, discussing goals, focus for the month and individual development plans - and yes, these really do happen!
Education and training are important to us. We have an annual training budget for each employee to use on courses that suit their interests.
Each week we have our #ThinkingThursdays, allowing us to mute Slack and emails. We use this time to read, explore ideas and as the name suggests, get our thinking caps on.
We like to do things differently. Career plans are built around you. Plenty of opportunities to represent us at events. Your craziest ideas are welcome from day one.
